THE ARYM INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAMME

Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Courses

To become an AYM trainer

The ARYM institute (The Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage) offers a comprehensive curriculum to evolve you and your practice.

Our training is suited for everyone with a genuine interest in massage, including professionals of all levels and individuals who want to learn massage techniques to treat their loved ones.

The AYM method presents a complementary and enriching practice for health professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, etc.) and wellness specialists (masseurs, yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, ayurvedic practitioners, etc.).

No prior experience with massage or Yoga is necessary. Our courses allow participants to discover and quickly learn the AYM method.
Students will gain self-confidence by learning the necessary skills to integrate massage techniques with a series of assisted yoga-based stretches. At the end of the training course, newly certified practitioners will have the ability to deliver a complete Ayurvedic Yoga Massage treatment.
