AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1) Agreement: By signing up for our affiliate programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2) Enrollment: To become an affiliate, you must submit a complete application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3) Promotional Methods: Affiliates are permitted to promote our training events through approved methods only, including, but not limited to, website promotion, email marketing, social media promotion, and referral links. Note that no affiliate link should be added to the arym site itself (as part of student-created listings).

4) Commissions: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links. Affiliates will receive their related rank percentage reward for the training course booked, the deposit, and the remaining tuition fees. Accommodations and meals are not managed/sold by the institute, so affiliates can’t earn a commission on them.
5) Payment: Commission payments will be made regularly, as outlined in the affiliate program details. Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer upon completion of the training course; this is to protect us in case of participant cancellation.
6) Refunds and Chargebacks: If an affiliate generates a refund or chargeback for a sale, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s account balance.
7) Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:-

  • Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
  • Promotion of illegal, offensive, or unethical content
  • Use of fraudulent or deceptive practices to generate sales
  • Violation of any intellectual property rights

8) Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us.
9) Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.
10) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the affiliate program.
11) Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (ROC), and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan (ROC).
