Advanced Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Classes

• AYM level taught: Advanced I-II.
  Note: Participants can choose to join one or both levels or opt for a single-day pass.
• Certification: AYM-ARYM Advanced I-II, accredited by IICT in over 40 countries, is awarded after completing both parts.

• Accommodation: Given that the Olympic Games will coincide with our classes, we recommend reserving your accommodation at the center well in advance to avoid exorbitant prices.

What you will learn

The ARYM Advanced I-II courses begin with a recap to reinforce the foundational massage and stretching techniques taught in the AYM Certified Practitioner training, emphasising fine-tuning positioning, grips, locks, and transitions before exploring advanced stretching techniques in-depth. These courses are fully hands-on and aim to improve your ability to provide professional AYM treatments customised to each client’s specific needs by optimising all procedures.

The teacher

Ananta Sylvain Girard, the founder of ARYM Institute, is a 30-year AYM pioneer who worked closely with Master Kusum Modak for seven years in India. He has provided himself tens of thousands AYM treatments to an international clientele and trained thousands of AYM practitioners worldwide.
