During this 13-day intensive training, you will learn to give fabulous yoga bodywork treatments, to make yourself and others feel good.

Pre-requisite: The course is suited for everyone with a genuine interest in massage, including beginners and professionals of all levels.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM)

Inspired by the Indian traditions Yoga and Ayurveda, AYM combines deep tissue oil massage and assisted stretching therapy. It should be emphasized that Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a substantially different treatment from the Abhyanga massage or other traditional Ayurvedic massages. About the teacher

Ananta Sylvain GIRARD is dedicated to Ayurvedic Yoga Massage since 1996. He is the founder and head instructor of the ARYM institute, established in Mysore, India. In the early years, Ananta took on the role of senior assistant and collaborator of Master Kusum Modak, founder of the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage method. Collaboratively from 1996 to 2001, they organised dozens of therapist training courses with in Pune and Goa, India. Since then, Ananta has been travelling the world as a sought-after massage therapist and AYM instructor. A trained anatomist by Blandine Calais-Germain, he therefore teaches the AYM method with an “precise touch” to thousands therapists in the course of hundreds of training he has organised throughout the world over the last 25 years.   This hands-on intensive training teaches you to:
  • Deliver a tailor-made 60 to 90-minutes full body massage.
  • The client care protocol from A to Z.
  • Use your hands and feet to apply tens of powerful techniques of deep tissue massage.
  • Perform over a hundred of corrective assisted yoga-based stretches.
  • Give a stunning facial massage.
