    • If you haven’t hear from us 3 days after the payment has been done, please contact us so we can follow up with your transaction.

CASH PAYMENT

A cash payment is possible*.
Still your space will be secure only we have collected the deposit. So a instant Paypal transfer is the most convenient way to secure your space.
*Be aware that payment in cash is regulated by law. Each country have settled different limits for cash payments and receipts.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Deposit are not refundable, except for:
    1) A cancellation of course done by the Institute. In this case, all registered students are notified by a email and full refund is given immediately.
    2) A sudden change of training dates that cannot fit the enrolled student.
  • Refund is not possible within 45 days before the starting dates. In this case the paid amount (minus the deposit) will be retained by the Institute and credited for further training course with the institute. This credit will be valid within 24 months(1) from the starting date of the booked course.

(1) Change on Dec.15, 2016: prior credit validity of 18 months have been extended to 24 months.
