I studied Ayurvedic Yoga Massage in depth with Ananta in 2015. I’m passionate about the method and continue to share it with my clients in the Philadelphia area. I practice Ashtanga Yoga and the Alexander Technique daily and I incorporate these two disciplines into my massage work.
