Dear ones,

I am Marcela Martins and honored to offer you an AYM at my clinic both in Aarhus and Mols (Vistoft / Rødegaard), Denmark. 

My first contact with AYM was many years ago when I was in search of support for my own personal development, and I got fascinated by the beauty of this method.

Since then I have been sharing this beautiful piece of art with family and friends, who encouraged me to deepen in this field. I personally experienced an increase in body awareness which enabled me to dare even more to open my heart to life. 

Recently I decided to move deeper into the field and I went to the source, attending the AYM training in spring 2022 with Ananta, such a humble, precise and generous teacher. 

To give an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is for me about a mindful touch, an act of love, flow and precision in delivering the yoga-based stretches. A practice that I enjoy a lot. I am fascinated by the method, its ability to work with deep tissues in the body, releasing tension combined with conscious breathing that supports the awakening of one’s body awareness at different levels.
