Zsuzsa’s journey started with a 10 days silent meditation course (Vipassana) many years ago. Mr Goenka’s teachings made her curious where these thoughts are coming from and she went to India for traveling. She did not come back as yoga teacher but as a curious person who wanted to learn more about this wonderful segment of the world.
In the last years Zsuzsa’s main profession was teaching yoga in health clubs and studios (like Triyoga) in London.
Her second journey in India was a game changer. She had an ayurvedic massage therapist training. Later, the ayurvedic yoga massage technique she was lucky enough to learn from Ananta Sylvain Girard’s gave her even more understanding and confidence and uplifted her offering onto a higher level.
She believes through touch we can heal each other – not necessary physically only. Through massage we can get closer to who we really are. She is dedicated to share these beautiful techniques as widely as possible to help to heal ourselves and through us, create a better world.
She offers her practice mainly in West London.
