Hi I’m Sinéad.

I am an Ayurvedic yoga massage therapist, trained also in Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

I am also a yoga student of Hatha & Iyengar, and have completed trainings in India and Ireland. My career as a holistic therapist and yoga teacher has so far covered Ireland, Spain and India, but I am always looking to expand this more with my desire to see the world & experience different cultures.

My background as a yoga teacher began with Vinyasa Flow, but in more recent years of travelling in India, I have moved toward a more holistic approach of Hatha and alignment-focused Iyengar.

I am delighted to offer a truly authentic & intuitive ARYM treatment combining deep tissue massage, yoga-based stretches and breathwork. I have completed my AYM training twice in India at the ARYM Institute.

My purpose is to cultivate a caring and compassionate environment where people can instantly feel seen & heard and begin to let go.

I am available by appointment to share the many benefits of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapy with you at my massage treatment room or on a home visit in the Co. Kerry area
