Ellie is a fully trained Singer, Yoga Instructor and Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Practitioner. Working mainly as a singer for the last 20 years (which included lots of travel and adventures!) she recently wanted to put down some roots on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Corfu and expand her interests into another profession. A long-term yoga practitioner, she decided to train as an instructor at the Rajadhiraja Yoga School and loves her work in this field. Mental, physical, and spiritual wellness is an integral part of Ellie’s yoga practice that she wanted to discover more ways to open this up for others. She was thrilled to find the amazing techniques of AYM, which deliver the sort of message she would want to receive! It is an effective, full-body, deep-tissue massage, but the ayurvedic powder deepens this. There are so many options possible with AYM, from using feet and walking on the body, to assisted stretching, as well as breathwork. Not everything is suitable for everyone; it is not a routine of one size fits all, and this is one of the reasons why it is so wonderful! After a brief consultation, you will receive a treatment that is tailored-made to your needs and the time you have available.
Ellie is passionate about this practice and its potential to transform. When giving a massage, her aim is always to release tension and calm, invigorate, and rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit. AYM gave her the techniques to do this, and she can’t wait to share the many benefits of this unique massage with you when you book your next appointment.
