O Centro de Treinamento Original, dedicado à Yoga Massagem Ayurvédica
Fundado em 1996 por Ananta Girard, o Instituto ARYM (Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Massage) é o centro de treinamento AYM original, que recebeu as primeiras formações em Yoga Massagem Ayurvédica da Mestra Kusum Modak, então no auge de sua arte em Pune e Goa, na Índia. Com três décadas de experiência internacional, o Instituto ARYM é hoje uma referência mundial, preservando o legado de Kusum enquanto enriquece essa tradição com cursos desenvolvidos por Ananta. Quase 3.000 alunos de todo o mundo já concluíram este programa, levando a Yoga Massagem Ayurvédica a culturas e comunidades diversas. O ARYM privilegia uma abordagem holística, combinando habilidades técnicas e crescimento pessoal, para que os praticantes possam atender seus clientes com autenticidade e compaixão.
Fundada em 2015, o Instituto ARYM (Instituto Internacional de Yoga Massagem Ayurvédica ARYM) é uma associação sem fins lucrativos localizada na França, que promove o método AYM e apoia os praticantes.
