We generally take a lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm.
There are plenty of nice and affordable restaurants in the vicinity, but you could also consider packing your own lunch and having a picnic in the very pleasant park of Le jardin de la Folie-Titon at 100 meters.
Residents of AEPP can cook light meals, while others can only reheat food.
We take short tea breaks during the morning and afternoon sessions. We serve good coffee, tea, herbal teas, and biscuits. If you wish to enhance the snack buffet, feel free to bring something of your own creation for us to taste.

Maintaining good personal hygiene and cleanliness is crucial for both the therapist and the client’s comfort and safety during massage sessions. Taking a shower before and after the working day, washing hands before entering the training room, and keeping shoes outside are all good practices. It’s also important to rewash hands and feet before and after each massage session. Use wet wipes if necessary. Short and smooth nails are essential to avoid discomfort and prevent any accidental scratches during the massage.
