The Instructor Programme is designed for experienced and committed practitioners passionate about sharing the art of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM). Offered to a select few who demonstrate exceptional skill and the ability to transmit the essence of AYM with authenticity, this advanced path fosters deep human connection within an intimate and enriching environment, rooted in over 30 years of expertise.

LEVEL 7 – AYM INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAMME

Assistantship

Prerequisite:
✔ AYM Specialist Therapist Level 6
✔ Minimum one year of substancial experience providing Ayurvedic Yoga Massage sessions
Overview:
This stage serves as an apprenticeship, allowing participants to assist during one or more Therapist Diploma Levels 1-5 courses. It includes 70 hours of active participation per course, covering:
✔ Course planning
✔ Instructor meetings
✔ Student guidance and feedback
The AYM Student Instructor (Certificate 1) offers the opportunity to assist Ananta in one or several Diploma Training courses, helping to facilitate the AYM training programme and learning the fundamentals of instruction.
Certification: AYM Assistant Instructor – Certificate 1 of 3

Transmission of the AYM method

✔ Prerequisite: AYM Student Instructor (Certificate 1)
✔ Duration: 140+ hours
Overview:
This stage builds on the assistantship experience, providing the tools and confidence needed to lead training sessions. Candidates assist in a 112-hour training (Levels 1–5), plus 28 hours of tutorial support to guide students during their post-training phase.
The training is delivered in two parts of 70 hours, which can be taken separately.

Internship – Mentoring Small Student Groups

✔ Prerequisite: AYM Certified Instructor (Certificate 2)
✔ Duration: 180+ hours
Overview:
In this final stage, candidates take on a mentoring role, guiding students through their post-training phase. This includes assisting in a 56-hour training (Levels 1–5) to support students in learning and integrating AYM techniques, as well as providing 124 hours of after-class tutorial support to help them refine their skills and succeed in their practice.
Programme Highlights:
✔ Act as a liaison between students and the ARYM Institute
✔ Support students in their professional development as AYM Therapists
✔ Oversee and review student reports for continuous learning
✔ Gain hands-on mentoring experience, shaping future instructors
Certification: AYM Diploma Instructor – Certificate 3 of 3 (Level 7)
