About the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Method

Inspired by the Indian traditions of Ayurveda and modern yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) is a unique method that combines deep tissue massage and assisted yoga-based stretches, performed with natural oil, herbal powder scrubbing, and guided breathwork in a single session.

Each session is performed on a mattress on the floor using both hands and feet to deliver the massage, which typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes. This technique helps relieve tension and aches, improves circulation, eliminates toxins, restores and enhances flexibility and mobility, and cultivates a deep sense of balance and well-being.
