Le programme de formation d’ARYM offre une approche structurée et accessible pour maîtriser la méthode du Massage Ayurvédique Yoga (AYM). Dirigé par Ananta, fondateur et formateur expérimenté d’ARYM, ce programme couvre en profondeur tous les aspects pratiques, vous permettant de fournir des traitements AYM personnalisés et de haute qualité. Au cours d’une formation de 9 à 12 jours, vous apprendrez à maîtriser le protocole ARYM, combinant diverses techniques de massage et plus d’une centaine d’étirements correctifs inspirés du yoga. Cette formation complète vous prépare à offrir des séances adaptées de 60 à 90 minutes et à débuter immédiatement votre carrière de praticien AYM après la formation.
