ARYM’s training programme provides a progressive and accessible approach to learning the method of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM). Ananta, the founder and trainer of ARYM, ensures thorough coverage of all practical aspects, enabling you to deliver high-quality, client-tailored AYM treatments. By joining a 9 to 12-day training programme, you will learn how to offer tailored 60-90 minute AYM treatments using the ARYM protocol, incorporating diverse massage techniques and over a hundred yoga-based corrective stretches, preparing you for an immediate start in your AYM therapist career after course completion.
