An 12-day residencial retreat in an Ayurvedic farm at the cradle of AYM

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage was developed in Pune by Master Kusum Modak in the early 1980’s. I am honored to come back at the source of our work to teach AYM at Gram Gaurav Pratishthan (GGP). It is a lovely ayurvedic farm where Kusum loves to rest from city life. The place is dedicated originally to local farming and water conservation. Organic ayurvedic plants, fruits and many other vegetables are cultivate to enjoy cooking, well-eating and the preparation of many ayurvedic medicines. The ayurvedic food is prepare simply by the hand of simple people, enriched by their full heart. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM)

Inspired by the Indian traditions Yoga and Ayurveda, AYM combines deep tissue oil massage and assisted stretching therapy. . About the teacher

Ananta Sylvain GIRARD is the founder and lead instructor of ARYM institute dedicated to AYM since 1996. After serving (1996-2001) as a senior assistant and collaborator of Master Kusum Modak, founder of AYM, Ananta has been travelling as a sought-after massage therapist and instructor.
