Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines the traditional use of Indian oil deep tissue massage with a series of assisted yoga-based stretching. An individual session of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage typically is given on a mattress on the floor. Hands and feet are used to delivery the massage which usually takes 50 to 90 minutes per session. Together, the result is a massage technique which promotes blood circulation (bringing down toxins), flexibility and improves a general sense of well being.
