TRAINING COURSES
1. Cancellation by ARYM
If ARYM cancels a course, registered participants will be notified by email, and all payments will be refunded immediately.
2. Postponement by ARYM
If ARYM reschedules a course and the new dates are unsuitable for the participant, a full refund will be issued immediately.
3. Right of Withdrawal
– For training courses taking place within the European Union, participants benefit from a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period starting from the date of online registration, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. During this period, registration may be cancelled without penalty. Any non-refundable bank or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
* This right applies to online distance sales only and may not apply to on-site registrations made in person.
– For training courses taking place outside the European Union, withdrawal and cancellation conditions are governed by the local regulations applicable at the place of training, by the policies of the local organiser, and by the cancellation terms defined in the local organiser’s own Terms and Conditions.

4. Cancellation by the Participant
- Less than 21 days before the start date: The initial deposit will be retained as credit for a future ARYM course. The remaining balance will be refunded within 10 days of cancellation notification.
- Between 8 and 21 days before the start date: The amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be retained as credit for future ARYM training courses.
- 7 days or less before the start date: The course fee is non-refundable.
*Any credit retained following a cancellation is valid for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the original course starting date and may be applied to any future ARYM training, subject to availability.
5. Courses Booked via Local Organisers
For courses booked via local organisers (not through the ARYM website), please refer to the organiser’s refund policy.
6. Accommodation
When accommodation is offered in connection with a training course, it is generally booked directly with the venue or local organiser. ARYM is not responsible for cancellation or refund conditions related to these services. Please refer to the specific refund policy of the venue or organiser for any accommodation-related requests.
1. No refunds are available once a participant has enrolled in the Online CPD Mentorship programme.
2. If a free trial is offered, no refund is available once the participant continues past the trial period.
3. For monthly subscriptions, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no refunds for the ongoing month once payment has been processed.
4. For 12-month subscriptions, no refunds will be issued after payment, except in cases where ARYM cancels the mentorship programme.
5. Upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription, participants will lose access to mentorship materials and sessions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. The mentorship is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual or programme.
7. ARYM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the mentorship programme with prior notice.
FIND-THERAPIST MEMBERSHIPS
The Find-Therapist membership is non-refundable once the subscription has been processed. The membership is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual or program.
Acknowledgement of Responsibility
Ananta Sylvain Girard, the ARYM Institute, and its team shall not be held liable for any bodily injury sustained by participants during Ayurvedic Yoga Massage training sessions conducted by Ananta Girard or any ARYM-certified instructors.
Participants are strongly advised to obtain and maintain Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance through a recognised broker specialising in massage therapy coverage.
We encourage both trainees and certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) practitioners to apply for insurance with the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists), which includes Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) by ARYM among its thousand+ covered modalities under a single policy.
