Cancellation and Refund Policy

TRAINING COURSES

1. In the event of a cancellation by ARYM, students who registered will be notified by email, and full payment will refund immediately.

2. In the event of a change of training dates by ARYM that is not suitable for the enrolled student, and full payment will refund immediately.

3. The registered student has a cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of the online registration to withdraw from the course at no financial penalty for payments done with Paypal. In case of payment was made with a bank transfer, any related costs would be deducted from the refund.

4. In case of cancellation by the registrant occurring:

• If a cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the start date, the initial deposit of the course will be retained and credited for a further course(s) done with ARYM*. The residual amount of the course fee will be refunded within 10 days from notification of cancellation.
  * The initial deposit or amount retained by the ARYM Institute and credited for a further training course with the institute will be valid for a period of 24 months from the starting date of the booked event. This credit is nominative and will only be transferable to another training event once.
• If cancellation occurs between 8 and 21 days before the start date, the amount paid minus the initial non-refundable deposit will be retained and credited for further training courses with the ARYM.
• If a cancellation occurs 7 days (or less) before the start date, the course fee will be non-refundable.

5. Covid-19 related cancellations & amendments.
ARYM has adopted a relatively flexible policy facing the current Covid-19 pandemic.

• A booking postponed due to the registrant contracting the Covid-19 virus must be notified to [email protected], together with the original test and medical report.
• A booking postponed due to travel restrictions from the registrant’s place of residence must be notified as soon as possible to [email protected] with clear information on the restrictions in question.
• If a training course has to be postponed due to Covid-19 travel restrictions or a venue lockout in the country/region, all registered students will be informed by email, WhatsApp and/or phone as soon as possible. We will offer rescheduling to another course date and a full refund if no solution is found.

6. For training courses booked with organisers (not booked via the ARYM website). Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy of your local organiser.

** In any case all cancellation/postponing request must be made/send ONLY to our email [email protected] (Not via the contact page), adding your full name, a contact phone number and the registration email used for the booking.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Unless otherwise stated on the practitioner’s AYM page, the following default terms and conditions apply to massage treatments provided by AYM certified therapists listed on the Find Therapist page.

• Cancellations made within 48-24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged at a rate of 50%.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours before the appointment will be fully charged.

FIND-THERAPIST MEMBERSHIP

The therapist subscribing to the Find-Therapist feature has a cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of the online subscription to withdraw from the service at no financial penalty.

Acknowledgement of Responsibility

Ananta Sylvain Girard, the team and the ARYM Institute won’t be held responsible for any bodily injury that may occur to any participant during the session of the massage therapy training given by Ananta Girard and or any of his AYM certified teachers. In this regard, students are advised to obtain and maintain a Public Liability, Indemnity Insurance provided by an approved broker specialised in the profession of massage therapy.
We encourage you to apply with IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) who have included AYM therapy by ARYM into over a thousand modalities covered by one single insurance.
