The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage MasterClass program consists of 2 series of short courses that can be taken individually or in any order.

1. Practitioner’s personal care and extra care: A series of 9 masterclasses** (7 to 21 hours each) offers a variety of topics to explore to optimise your training and safety.

2. Essential Anatomy: A series of 5 MasterClasses** (14-21 hours each) provides the necessary foundation in anatomy.

All MasterClasses are on-demand and need preregistration.
