Q: Can I provide an AYM treatment to a pregnant woman?
A: I’ve shared some general guidelines via WhatsApp to offer informal assistance. However, it’s important to note that the Certified AYM Therapist training (first and second attendance) does not include pregnancy massage due to technique contraindications, especially within the first 13/14 weeks of gestation.
