The Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage ARYM
Established in 1996 by Ananta Sylvain Girard, the ARYM Institute is one of the world oldest and most respected Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) schools. ARYM aims to teach the AYM (Kusum Modak method) in a safe, friendly and supporting environment to worldwide students, yoga and ayurvedic organisations. Ananta’s unique style stems from an impressive 25 years of experience in practising and teaching AYM, combined with a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology gained from her tutor Blandine Calais-Germain.
The International School of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage ARYM, namely Ecole Internationale d’Ayurvedic Yoga Massage ARYM, established in 2015 in France, is a non-profit organisation (by the law 1901). The school represents and supports its graduates and certified practitioners and aims to promote the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage method worldwide.
Our mission is to:

Educate and expand awareness of the AYM modality to other health professionals and the public through wellbeing events and social media.
Provide continued support to our AYM therapist members globally.
